NOTHING EVER GETS CLEAN!!!!!!! THIS WAS WAY TO EXPENSIVE TO BE SUCH JUNK!! I have had this for a while, had to wait MONTHS to get and it sucks!!! Beyond frustrating when you have to leave dishes in for numerous washes...AND THE CYCLE IS OVER AN HOUR AND THE DISHES ARE NEVER DRY!!!

I like the smoothness of the door and the controls on top - however when pulling out the bottom rack it does not go back into the dishwasher smoothly. I have moved the utensil holder to the back for a little added weight to see if that helps, it didn't. I even took it out and did it and it still stops at the inside bump and I almost have to pick up the back of it to get it in. Surprised that a dishwasher at this price doesn't have a smooth entry for the bottom rack.I also don't think it holds as many glasses as the pictures in the manual says it can.

Worst I've Ever Had

This dishwasher came with the house and was brand new, never used. It's constantly performed worse than any dishwasher I've ever owned. Dishes rarely come fully clean even on the max setting with takes three hours. The other settings don't clean at all. Food residue builds up everywhere, so I'm constantly taking all the removable parts out from the bottom to clean them. Despite a properly looped drain hose there's always a little water under the screen when I remove it. Pieces of plastic have come off multiple parts of both racks. It's relatively quiet, that's about all it can say for it.

We have cleaned out the filter, ran vinegar, but to no avail our dishwasher does not drain. It's 2 years old and have checked everything. There is no forced drain button so the water just sits. Expensive dishwasher for no added advantages.

Problems after 6 months- never resolved

I started having issues with the controls 4 months after purchasing/ installing (dimming of the light on the display and the buttons not working- cycle selection or the start button). I contacted the company I purchased it with and they went through the warranty process. I had a tech come out and was told they reset a code and the functions will work appropriately again.About a week later the light on the display started to dim again. Then after a few weeks we were having the issues getting the buttons to work and we could not get the dishwasher to start. I figured it wouldn™€™t hurt the old trick of hitting the breaker on the electrical panel and hope that would reset everything. It didn™€™t work (and tried this multiple times). These two issues (dimming of the light on the display and the buttons not working- cycle selection or the start button) continued constantly (with 30% of the time the dishwasher would function completely normal). 2 years after owning it i contacted the service dept again and set a an appointment for a tech to come out and do the factory reset they did their first visit. When the tech came out he informed me that there was not a reset that he could do that could fix the issue and that i needed to replace the dishwasher door. I understand that appliances will not last forever, however; it I feel like its a reasonable expectation to have an appliance function properly for more than two years without needing to do a major repair. I highly recommend to stay away from this appliance.

Major flaw but an easy fix. Hopefully you will address the issue and fix the orbiter. The little plastic pieces that hold the metal on the bottle of the orbiter together just melt off. Let™€™s find a solution and take care of your customers! Tired of dirty dishes and an orbiter stuck to the heating element!

Frustrating

Since day one the dishwasher has not performed as advertised. It takes multiple attempts to get it started. The touch pad is not very sensitive and takes much effort to engage the cleaning selection. More often than not the loads need to be run twice. We upgraded to make our lives easier and this machine has caused nothing but stress. Very unhappy.

TL;DR This dishwasher doesn't work and leaves dishes dirty every cycle I run, sometimes in ways that make dishes harder to hand wash afterwards.I bought this model 2 years ago and it has consistently under-performed. I clean it regularly, I follow manufacturer instructions, and I have researched improving the performance. It just doesn't work. The only consistent thing it does is mess up my dishes.

This dishwasher is quit and very efficient. The only issue is when you pull the bottom rack out to load it, there is a gap between the door and body and the rack wheels get caught in the gap. It's not a really big deal; you just have to lift up the back of the rack a little to get it out of the gap. Otherwise, I love it.

It is advertised as black stainless steel. I™€™ve recently found out it is not. It is coated black. The handle has the color coming off after only 2 years and they want to charge me $117.00 with 40% off for something that was NOT as advertised. It™€™s unfortunate because the dishwasher works great.

The dishwasher does an ok job, I suppose. However, it's flimsy and very plastic toy-like on the interior. Regret the purchase completely and wish I hadn't bought it. Hoping it will last the 30 years my Whirlpool lasted. If it lasts 30 months, I will be shocked. Definitely would not buy again.

This Frigidaire Galley 24 inch Dishwasher needs a new Drain Pump, it is 18 Months Old. Totally Unacceptable. The Service provider that Frigidaire arranged at no cost, told me because of it being a warranty job, the part could take 10 to 14 days, instead of 3 to 4 Days. Very Poor Product, cheaply made, and its quality shows up quickly.

I purchased this dishwasher about one month ago. The appliance is Very quiet when running. Buttons are easy to use. My only complaint is that I feel like there™€™s not enough space for some reason to load things. Maybe it will just be a matter of getting adjusted to a different washer. The stemmed glass attachments that you add in kind of put the glasses at an odd angle and take up a lot of room on another row on the top shelf. Other than that I™€™m very pleased with my purchase

We bought this dishwasher to replace our other one that was about 7 years old. With our hard water here in Arizona, that is about all we seems to get out them. I purchased this dishwasher through Electrolux online. They delivered and installed it for me. Out of the box, it seems to work well. It is a little louder than our old dishwasher, but everything is coming out clean. The buttons on the top of the door feel a little cheap, but are working. The door is spring loaded which is different for us as well. Let™€™s hope it keeps doing a good job!

Our old Maytag dishwasher decided one day not to close. We looked around did some comparisons and chose Frigidaire, which is just an Electrolux. Cleans very well. Fits alot of dishes. A big con is its not Tupperware frendly and a weird order comes from it after the dishwasher cycle is complete. Otherwise very pleased with it.

This is a replacement dishwasher. It has a lot of bells and whistles that I didn't have before. Choices of wash cycles, etc. The appliance is very quiet and I sometimes forget it is on. Dishes come out clean and water spot free. I use the sanitation option on all washes-peace of mind in this COVID world.It is a plastic interior, but for the price difference, it was not a deal breaker.Would definitely recommend.
