Purchased 12/17/23. Broke 4/25/23. As of 5/17/23, repaired once but still broken. 5 appointments scheduled only 1 appointment came. Excuses as to the no shows or no explanation, just another appointment scheduled. No faith that that the last appointment will happen. I have financed an oven I can not use and am still paying on the $1500 paperweight in my kitchen.

Very happy so far with the functions and looks of the new Frigidaire range- we have had 2 LG ranges in the past 8 years that have failed- we have 3 Frigidaire AC window units and have not had a single issue and one of the units is over 20 years old. Wanted to switch from LG to see if quality is better- we can't afford to change ranges every 4 years. Have also gone through 3 LG microwaves in last 8 years- next one will be a Frigidaire for sure. The only complaint we had is the delivery of the unit- no one called from Lowes prior to delivery - drop it off at our shop and I had to take to the house and move it in by myself on a pier and beam dwelling with stairs. Thanks

So far, we like it a lot. There are a few drawbacks, the top of the oven door lip gets very hot when the oven is on. The front right burner takes some getting used to, and it takes a while to heat. The timer is NOT connected to the oven, so when you turn off the oven the timer is still active.

Range has been awesome. Love the quick heat for the oven. Haven't had any issues with it so far. Going from a 20 year old stove to a new one, it's Christmas every day as to what you find it can do. However, there has been a lot of playing with settings and rack orientation to get each thing it does to be how I want it. Especially the air fryer. The only disappointment was having to wait for the air fryer rack so I could try it out. Would have paid a little more and been happier had the basket came with it. I opted to get after market fryer baskets instead.

We installed the stove two weeks ago and wow what a up grade from our old unit. The air fry option is our fav. Stove top burner options allow you to match burner size the pan your using. Oven temps are consistent with dial settings. We are very pleased with this unit and would recommend it.

Love the glass top.. So easy to clean. I purchased the Frigidaire cleaner for the stove top and it works so well. Took me a little time to learn the different the knobs for proper fit for different size cookware. The oven bakes very well. Haven't tried the air fryer yet but am looking forward to trying it especially when entertain a larger group. No complaints!!!!!
