Love the Range but.....

I really do love this range. The only negative thing I have to report on is The range when set to bake does not regulate the temperature correctly.. An example is when you set the temperature to 425 the oven gets up to 475.. I have yet to attempt to recalibrate that following the instructions but for now I bought a oven temperature gauge And I keep a close eye on that

Really like Air Fry feature oven came with nice large basket for this purpose. Overall great looking oven and cooktop. First experience with this type of cooktop get the right cleaning kit and all is well. Self-clean works great. Recently noticed a couple chips on inside of oven wall and some discoloration at inside corners of door near seal working thru warranty process at this time.

There is much to like about this range. Front knobs make it easier to clean the top. Air fry really works. Notifications on your phone is useful. As for air fry the rack is different than LGs videos display no longer two separate pieces a rack and a basket but a basket that sits on an existing rack. Large oven capacity is really nice. The triple burner allows different size pans to heat evenly.

We replaced a slide in range with so many features I loved and was so sorry to say good-bye to it. I have had my new LG for almost three months and have enjoyed and explored its features. Being a bread maker I have used the proofing setting each week. The even proofing setting is consistently letting the bread rise without temperature and humidity flucuations The convection settings have allowed me to explore new ways to cook sheet pan meals and even roast meats. The size of the oven is wonderful. Another feature that I love are the two slow cook settings. I really did my research and did not make this purchase with out comparisons and much deliberations and feel that I would encourage others to put this range at the top of their list when needing a new one.

We installed this stove about 2 months ago. I am very happy with it. The oven bakes evenly even on the regular bake setting. The blue interior is bright and makes it easy to see. It also wipes clean easily. I like thee we happy tune when the timer goes off The oven light coming on with two knocks is a great feature too. The burners are easy to use and respond well with the dial.

Ive been using this stove for about a month and find the features to be beneficial and easy to use. Easily connected the wifi capability with the LG app. Used the air fryer for frozen fries tossed with seasonings first and a casserole-type stuffed butternut squash. Both turned out great and the air fryer tray was easy to clean. I received a notification via the LG app that the oven needed cleaning. Since it wasnt heavily soiled I used the Easy Clean function and was surprised at how easy it was. This is my third glass-topped stove so I knew what to expect and how to clean it. I like the various burner-size choices that are offered on the front two burners. I also like the times-up beep nice and gentle I do find is its easy to activate a burner if I brush up against a control knob so I have to make sure I dont have anything sitting on the burners.

Ok so I first seen this stove at a home improvement store and from first sight I was obsessed its a beautiful stove. Fast forward Ive had it for about 3 months I use it every day and I could tell you that its gotten on my nerves. Yes they have a app its futuristic but the touch screen constantly gets stuck so it wont work I have to unplug the stove so it can restart and thats annoying. It really is a beautiful stove but having to restart it because the buttons get stuck is not ideal.

stylish and multiple options for cooking

Weve had it about a month and Im enjoying it as Im learning to cook on it. Im getting used to the temp setting for stove top and I do like fast boiling with 3 choices of widths on the left front burner. When using the oven... it heats up so fast Im used to 20+ minutes but this seems to get to full temp in less than 5 minutes. As for the air fryer Im not sure if Im doing something wrong but it doesnt seem to be any faster than a hot oven temp. I have a small air fryer and it cooks faster and hotter. I dig the blue interior and the big handles for the burners. It gives it that faux look of a gas oven. We are installing a wood slab shelf above to set seasonings and kitchen stuff. Very hip and sleek. Matches our refrigerator and dishwasher.... We are an LG family

I bought the oven/stove from Home Depot and they delivered and I thought everything was fine. We had our electrician install it and we opened the oven there were no grills or anything inside. I called LG and they took care of the problem right away and sent me the missing pieces. The stove works great but havent used the oven with air fryer yet.

Ive had my new LG stove for 3 weeks and so far I really like the features and the looks of this stove. I have not used the air fry or convention as yet but from others that I have talked to I will really like cooking certain foods with these features. I am a senior and appreciate the large knobs on the front of the stove. The stove has the easy clean function and standard cleaning so I think this will be very easy to keep it nice. I am waiting on delivery within the next month of 3 more LG appliances refrigerator dishwasher and microwave.

This is my first electric stove after very happily cooking with gas for 30 years. I have found it equally functional and effective as cooking with gas. We replaced a builder supplied gas range. We have always had electric as we did not have gas service in the country. The LG electric has a precise great oven for baking. The stove top provides for exact pan size heat. It is very easy to clean the stove top glass. The range look is outstanding. As a side note the bottom drawer was damaged by the store delivery crew. LG had a technician with a new drawer to my house the next morning cant ash for better service than that.

Complicated Design Feature

Only feature I find annoying is the multi-ring burner control. Design of controller could be more intuitive. Boiled over gravy and created burned on mess. Should not have to read a manual to set a burner temperature and figure out a knob call it what you will it should be just a knob to set the temp.

I am very pleased that I purchased tis oven. Although I have not owned it very long I can tell it is a quality product and built to last. The ceramic interior of the oven is beautiful and makes one want to leave the door open for everyone to view. The stove was delivered and installed about 6 weeks ago and we are quite happy with it. We noticed right away that it was necessary to use the Control Lock when the stove was not in use since the knobs can very easily be turned on if you lean on them even a little i.e. when cleaning the stop top or showing off the stove.

A little louder then expected due to the fan. Air fry feature is nice. First time I bought an oven with knobs on the front and that was a mistake for me. Anytime time you brush against them it changes the setting. They are very sensitive. I would go back to the old way if possible.

Disappointing purchase

We purchased this model because a window in the kitchen of our new home wouldnt let us use a range with controls at the back. The first reason we are disappointed is how easy it is to bump the front controls and turn something on accidently. I recognize the range can lock out the controls but it is awkward at best. The biggest disappointment is that the oven temperature is very inconsistent with the temperature selected. At 350 degrees the actual temperature was about 360. At 375 degrees the actual temperature was about 410 degrees. Finally at 400 degrees the temperature was about 430. We had LG work on the range and as a result they replaced the thermometer probe and the main board. The new components didnt resolve the problem and the repairman used the temperature adjustment feature to set the temperature 30 degrees below the selected temperature. The repairmans explanation was the oven was designed to work in convection mode and that using the regular bake mode caused the erratic temperature issue. The convection oven isnt the right solution in the case of bread cakes and several other items. The solution to the erratic temperatures is that my wife has a chart of the selected temperature and the actual temperature to keep from over or undercooking items which is another poor solution to what should work in regular or convection mode.

Very happy with this stove. I have one problem that I dont like - takes a really long time for burner to boil. Also not crazy about the burners that go off and back on. Other than that love love it.

I do really like it and the air fry feature as well however I dont like the fact that you have to clean the whole oven after you use the air fryer

Ive had no mechanical problems and over all like the Applicance. I wish the options were back lit as I cant see the selections unless the Kitchen lights are on. That said I love this appliance. The rebate process is very painful. I get the feeling LG has intentionally made the process so difficult that people will give up and wont submit for the rebates.
