This washer paired with the matching dryer is a must have for small spaces. It has several features and settings for various types of washing loads. It is also large enough for a comforter despite is smaller size. The only down side is it is a bit on the pricey end.

Weve had the washer for a little over a month. Itd been doing a great job and we were quite satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately a tear occurred in the rubber gasket for the door and due to the way the water fills it began to leak significantly. We requested a service call. LG and their service partners were on the issue immediately. Communication from both LG and the service person was GREAT Our washer was repaired in quick fashion and is back to running perfectly.

Purchased as part of the pair of compact washer and dryer units this washer seemed to work well. Then after a month or two or three strange things began to occur. Today -- the straw that broke the camels back -- the machine filled its typical tiny water-saving amount then spent nearly 30 minutes draining emptying occasionally spinning draining spinning BUT IMPORTANTLY not washing. No agitating back and forth occurred as in previous uses. The Lame Intelligence LI seemed to try to rinse drain and spin away the detergent sheets that are part of a normal modern washing process. It seems that some serious software/firmware updates are required. I hope buyers dont have to subscribe to updates...

I bought this LG washer/dryer set in January 2022 when my old washing machine broke. These fit perfectly in the utility closet for my washer/dryer and stacked great. Have really enjoyed using them and very happy with them. They are energy efficient and work fantastic. Very nice energy saver rebate was available also.

I ordered this washer online exactly one month ago today. It was delivered and installed about a week later. It fits perfectly in the limited space I have in my garage for both a washer and my LG dryer. All current regular-sized front-loading washers have too much depth to fit there. This washer is very highly rated by Consumer Reports. That along with the fact that Ive been very pleased with my LG dryer and LG dishwasher is why I chose it. It has so many great features and settings including the ability to control it with my cell phone. It is energy efficient and uses much less water compared to my old front-loading washer though its capacity is only .7 cubic feet less. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone in the market for a compact front-loading washer. You wont be disappointed

I ordered a set of washer dryer in Nov.2021 took over a month for delivery. First the dryer was damaged and need to replace took another month until 1/18/22 when I was ready to use then the washer was leaking during Quick Wash start up report to the service department and waiting for repair request sent up in 3/7 and accepted request for services. Unfortunately up to this date still no one contact me.

Weve had it for a month now and its a great new machine and does its job well. However its spin cycle is too powerful for our old apartment. Although its level and on a lower speed setting it literally shakes the entire kitchen. Its obviously made for stronger concrete floors.

I am so pleased with this washer and its stackable dryer partner. The results ie nice clean clothes are there though I highly recommend sitting down and reading the manual to make the process easier. There are some great features that are easy to enjoy if you follow the manual. Only had this for a few weeks but I am very pleased with the purchase.

bought this machine October 23 2021 and is leaking the rubber piece the goes from the soap dispenser to the tub part has a hole in it and trying to get part to replace it seems imposable. over wise a great machine for the first 67 days I owned it. Now is unusable unless I want water leaking all over the floor.

Great Cleaning Power in a Small Package

While I was skeptical of this machine given its smaller capacity compared to my previous washing machines I have been very pleasantly surprised. It does a great job offering many cycles that handle everything from delicate underwear to heavy towels. It even has a special hot cycle for baby wear with its special challenges. We have our machine installed side by side with its sister-dryer instead of as a stack. Its an extremely quiet duo in operation. In recognition of its somewhat but in actuality not greatly smaller size I find that instead of doing a massive amount of laundry on a single day I will spread washing out over several less demanding sessions and this coordinates well with my work from home. Finally I have to observe that in my laundry room the smaller size fits much better visually than my prior larger machine did. Less bulk more style--in keeping with other LG appliances in our household.

Ive been using this compact front load washer for about a month now and am very happy with it. I purchased it because we have a septic system and I wanted a washer that uses a reduced amount of water. This washer uses less than 7 gallons per cycle but still gets my clothes very clean - and it fits into a small space. It also uses a very little amount of washing detergent. Only a tablespoon per load. NICE

I have a top load LG washing machine which I am not able to connect with my cell phone to start the machine when I am not home. I was hesitant to buy this washing machine for a 2nd residence. It is completely different than the top loader which is only 2 years old.

I needed to replace a small compact washer that after 15 years washed its last wash. I was able to get it at Best Buy on sale. It takes up a slightly small space than the prior one which is always helpful but at the same time I can fit in more in this machine. So far I am very pleased with it.

I have had this washing machine for several months. To this day I have not been able to use it due to LG not supplying the the detergent dispensing cups that should have been included. Oh well it has been a battle will probably put it outside and plant some flowers in it.

Weve been pleased with the washer. Its capacity is perfect for a retired couple. We have an older home and the size is perfect for the space we have.
However dont buy from Home Depot. They sell it with installation but the installers dont install properly. I had to contact LG directly after Home Depot service failed to correct the installation problem.

Purchased a month ago and we have been fairly happy with the performance. The quick wash cycle is very efficient and overall does a nice job of cleaning even with heavy loads. The spin cycle is amazingly silent and there is no shudder. The drum does tend to stay too wet and it is strange not being able to see through the glass door because it is overly tinted.

While the size is convenient and necessary for my space an average sized load of laundry average for a compact washing machine takes an hour and fifty minutes. This wash time is absurd. Ive resorted to only running the quick wash on all of my laundry 30 minutes. Additionally there is no space for bleach. I was advised by LG to put my bleach in the same compartment as the soap. That doesnt seem right. Generally I would recommend looking elsewhere for a compact washing machine.

I just moved into a new apartment and needed to buy a washer but with limited space didnt have too many options. This washer has been absolutely amazing. Obviously a little on the small size compared to other models but surprisingly big for a small washer and does a great job getting my clothes clean. The smart tech feature are also super cool and I get notifications when my wash is complete. This washer is perfect for anyone that has space constraints.

I have had this washer about 2 weeks and am in LOVE with it. My neighbors no longer hear me washing early in the morning. Very quiet even when spinning on high. I have matching dryer stacked and not really any vibration issues. Easy operation and no issues about how long it takes to wash. I use 30 min fast cycle and clothes come out perfect. Have washed all kinds of loads inc queen sheet set.
